Getting Started
Why do I need to connect my Amazon account?
Seller Siren needs to access your order data so that the app knows when to send you a sales notification. Seller Siren only accesses the minimum amount of order data needed to send your preferred notification.
How do I set up Seller Siren?
Download the app from the App Store, create an account, and follow the in-app instructions to connect your Amazon Seller Central account. The setup process takes less than 5 minutes.
Features & Functionality
I don't want tons of notifications all day. Can I limit this?
Yes. You can set the app to only notify you every Xth order. So you can only get notifications every 10th, 25th, 100th, etc order.
Can I only get notified for certain products/SKUs but not others?
Yes. You can filter notifications by product.
Can I get notifications for different marketplaces? Or only specific market places?
Yes. You can filter notifications by marketplace.
What sound effects are available?
Choose from over 20 custom sound effects including the classic Cha-Ching, cash register, applause, and many more. You can also turn sounds off completely.
Account & Devices
Can I use the Seller Siren App from multiple devices and/or share with my business partner/s?
Yes. You can use as many devices as you want. You will get notifications on all logged in devices. To share notifications from the same Amazon account with a business partner, you must share your Seller Siren login info. If you create 2 different Seller Siren logins it will not work because only one account can be assigned per Amazon auth token.
Does Seller Siren work outside of the US?
Yes. It works in all available Amazon marketplaces worldwide.
Billing & Subscription
How much does Seller Siren cost?
Seller Siren offers a 14-day free trial. After that, it's $9.99/month or $99.99/year (save 17%). You can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or your App Store account. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Technical Support
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?
First, check that you've enabled notifications for Seller Siren in your iPhone settings. Also verify that your Amazon account is properly connected in the app. If issues persist, contact our support team.
Does Seller Siren drain my battery?
No. Seller Siren is optimized for minimal battery usage and runs efficiently in the background.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption and only access the minimum order data needed. We never store sensitive customer information or payment details.
